What better place to spend America’s birthday than in Massachusetts, the site of one of its first colonies? And as last year’s 4th of July didn’t quite go as planned, many are more than ready to celebrate. So where’s the best place to watch fireworks this Independence Day? We’ve got you covered.

If you’re sticking to the city, Boston’s fireworks are some of the most iconic in the country. While the city’s signature Boston Pops July Fourth Spectacular will this year take place at Tanglewood in the Berkshires, the fireworks will be launching from the Boston Common instead of the Charles River.

For Independence Day in the countryside, Woodsom Farm in Amesbury will have live entertainment from 7pm, with fireworks at 9:30pm. Lewis Bay in Barnstable will also have a full day of celebration, starting with a parade and house decorating contest at 9am — with fireworks at dusk. For a longer list, NBC has one here.

We’re looking forward to taking you to your destination safely, comfortably and in Covid-safe vehicles. Happy Independence Day!
